Key Responsibilities

Support Career Architecture Design

Assist in mapping organizational roles to career levels, job families, and growth pathways within the company’s career framework.

Document and Maintain Repository

Create and maintain centralized documentation, trackers, and templates for role profiles, leveling guides, and competency frameworks.

Analyze Data and Identify Patterns

Review data related to job structures, titles, and skills to help identify gaps, overlaps, and areas for improvement within the career architecture.

Facilitate Stakeholder Inputs

Coordinate discussions with subject-matter experts and managers to validate role expectations, responsibilities, and competency requirements.
