About the Opportunity
Rubrik is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project/Program Manager Intern to join its fast-growing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing technical programs across both On-Prem and SaaS products. You will work closely with Engineering and other cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and improve processes throughout development, validation, and deployment stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution: Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes; maintain project plans and timelines; monitor progress and share updates; build dashboards or reports to track KPIs.
- Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, and leadership; communicate timelines and progress; organize and facilitate meetings with clear outcomes.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early; contribute to mitigation strategies; resolve blockers impacting delivery schedules.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest tools, workflows, or automation to boost efficiency; document lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical mindset.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to storage technologies.
- Experience or coursework in enterprise product development.
