Role Overview
As a Process Associate in Trade Finance, you will handle Import/Export/Document-checking trade finance transactions following standardized processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Initial review and verification of documents
- Creation of SWIFT messages and discrepancy notes
- Review and validation of transactions from FileNet
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Meeting targets effectively
- Thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management
Required Skills
- Commerce graduate with a focus on Banking or related field
- Ability to handle highly personal and confidential information
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong narrative writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
