About the Role

PhysicsWallah is looking for enthusiastic and student-focused Academic Counsellors (Punjabi) to guide students and parents in selecting the right courses and assist them throughout the admission journey. If you have excellent communication skills in Punjabi and enjoy interacting with students and parents, we would love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about PhysicsWallah's courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Handle outbound counselling calls and follow up with prospective students.
• Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Address queries related to courses, fees, batches, and admissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; English communication is preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in Counselling, Sales, Customer Support, Telesales, or EdTech.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
