Role Overview

This is an entry-level role in Learning & Development. You will support HR initiatives and help create and deliver training programs that build employee growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Support: Help organize and coordinate training programs, workshops and events for employee skill development.
• Content Development: Contribute to creating and updating training materials, manuals and resources for different learning initiatives.
• Coordination: Support the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue coordination and communication with participants.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, feedback and other relevant data to measure how well learning programs work.
• Learning Needs Analysis: Take part in needs assessments that identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, and help design targeted training solutions.
