PhonePe Bengaluru Hiring Video Editor & Motion Specialist

PhonePe is looking for a Video Editor & Motion Specialist who combines traditional post-production craft with generative AI workflows. You will build visual stories using a hybrid pipeline of Adobe Creative Cloud and generative AI tools such as Higgsfield, Magnific and ElevenLabs. You will turn raw scripts and concept briefs into polished, high-performing video assets in a fast-paced production environment, owning the full post-production chain from storyboarding and asset generation to motion graphics, color grading and sound design.

Focus Area 1: Generative AI Asset Creation & Storyboarding

• Use AI generation tools such as Magnific, Midjourney or DALL-E to quickly create custom visuals, storyboards and style frames before timeline editing begins.

• Use AI video platforms such as Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling or Luma to create high-fidelity b-roll, motion loops and visual effects that stock footage cannot provide.

• Use AI audio tools such as ElevenLabs to generate, clean and optimize voiceovers, balancing synthetic speech with natural pacing and emotion.

• Design and modify static graphics, vector icons and layout overlays in Photoshop and Illustrator without relying on external designers.

Focus Area 2: Narrative Timeline Editing & Motion Design

• Assemble fast-paced video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong focus on hook structures, visual rhythm and audience retention.

• Build dynamic overlays, kinetic typography, animated lower thirds and UI mockups in Adobe After Effects to make complex topics easy to scan.

• Perform color correction and grading to keep visuals consistent, skin tones accurate and the look premium across mixed media sources.

Focus Area 3: Cinematic Sound Design & Quality Control

• Source, layer and mix background music (BGM) and sound effects (SFX) that heighten emotional beats and narrative transitions.

• Clean, EQ and master multitrack audio to keep broadcast-quality levels across mobile, web and desktop playback.

• Act as the final check for visual quality, ensuring clean exports, correct aspect ratios and no technical glitches before publishing.

What We Are Looking For

• Hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, color grading and sound mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Proven experience using generative AI tools such as Higgsfield AI, Magnific, ElevenLabs and Midjourney in commercial editing workflows to improve speed and visual quality.

• A strong sense of visual composition, frame timing, typography and narrative structure for digital-first audiences.
