Job Description
About the role: PhonePe is looking for specialists for its in-house grievance team. As a specialist, you will solve problems that customers run into and keep looking for better ways to improve their experience.
In this role, you will help make sure issues are either resolved faster or flagged to the right team.
You will help make support systems consistently better and more streamlined by flagging patterns that can improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Act with integrity and put the customer first in every interaction
- Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries
- Work across both phone and data channels
- Follow defined process guidelines to reach resolution
- Build customer trust through every interaction
- Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
- Use internal processes and resources to drive resolution
- Escalate appropriately, bringing in relevant teams to resolve customer issues
- Recommend process improvements
- Engage and educate customers so they can make the most of PhonePe
