Role Overview
The Invigilator (Test Administrator) supports the secure delivery of exams while ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for test candidates. This is a part-time, fully onsite position where schedules may vary based on test center demand.
Operational shifts generally fall between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm from Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and may occasionally work extended shifts during peak testing periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all testing procedures and adhere strictly to company policies while exercising sound judgment.
- Check in test candidates, verify identification, and explain the testing process clearly.
- Monitor and invigilate candidates during examinations to maintain exam security.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve minor technical issues when they arise.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including sanitizing keyboards and equipment after each exam session.
Skills, Qualifications and Education
- Graduate in any relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on testing center requirements.
