This is a temporary position that will continue until the end of the contract.
Job Description
Join us as a part-time, fully onsite Invigilator, where every day presents new challenges! We offer flexible scheduling with standard operational shifts typically running between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be prepared for extended schedules, potentially stretching until 11:00 pm, as required by business needs or peak volume periods. This role includes paid travel and the opportunity to create a welcoming and secure exam experience for every candidate.
Purpose of the Role
The Test Administrator is responsible for ensuring secure exam delivery and providing superior customer service within a comfortable and friendly environment.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be required to:
- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies, exercising careful judgment.
- Check in testing candidates, verify their identification, and clearly explain the exam process.
- Proctor and invigilate candidates during their examinations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards after each candidate completes their examination.
