The Usage Analytics and Telemetry Platform team operates within the Global Data organization. This group acts as a strategic partner to business units by building a reliable and scalable data foundation that allows teams across the company to access and use data effectively.
The team focuses on capturing and processing product usage data across digital platforms. It develops telemetry instrumentation, data pipelines, and analytics capabilities that help product, engineering, and business teams make informed decisions based on data.
By enabling dependable data collection, improving data quality, and supporting self-service insights, the team contributes to the broader goal of simplifying the data ecosystem, automating data processes, and supporting advanced analytics and AI innovation.
This position is part of the Usage Analytics and Telemetry team in the Global Data organization. The team builds modern data systems that collect and process product usage data at scale. The role provides practical exposure to data engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted automation.
You will work alongside experienced engineers while learning industry practices in data pipelines, telemetry tracking, and intelligent monitoring systems that support analytics and insights for digital products.
This is a full-time apprenticeship position scheduled from Monday to Friday, around 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate collaboration with global teams in different time zones.
