About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing employee queries received via the helpdesk ticket system. A key part of this role involves ensuring timely ticket closures within specified turnaround times (TAT).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of MS Office, including advanced MS Excel.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Exhibit proper email etiquette.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and manage data efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates should be highly prompt in responding to emails and calls.
• Good communication skills are preferred for this role.
• Basic Excel knowledge is also preferred.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication is required.

Duration

The internship requires availability for a 6-month period.
