Overview
NTT DATA is looking for a Business Systems Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Responsibilities
- Help support teams with incidents linked to Service Catalogue items.
- Suggest new methods and alternative solutions, and propose changes to established methods that improve quality and productivity for the service catalogue.
- Convert high-level business requirements into functional specifications for service catalog activities.
- Test and sign off Service Catalogue items before release to the Process Owner for UAT acceptance.
- Run workshops with process owners to document requested requirements or enhancements.
- Write detailed development stories and acceptance criteria for the service catalog.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and deliver project outcomes.
- Take an active part in daily standups, story grooming sessions and team retrospectives, and suggest and implement improvements.
