Overview
NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Associate with ITIL knowledge to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end users on various IT devices, applications, and processes.
- Log, update, and escalate support issues to the next level promptly.
- Support all IT onboarding activities for end users.
- Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
- Explore new IT business tools that support business users and the internal IT team.
- Identify, suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
- Show willingness to learn and grow into other IT business areas.
Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A good team player who can work with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently within a diverse global team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including bug finding and resolution.
- Knowledge of IT software and hardware troubleshooting (Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environments).
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts, rotational week offs, and mandatory work from office.
