Myntra Bangalore Hiring Associate, Inventory Ops | Freshers Eligible

Core Objective

This role focuses on resolving existing unproductive inventory in the system through cross-functional coordination, consistent follow-up, and data-driven problem solving.

The position is open to ambitious freshers as well as experienced professionals who want to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Hold daily check-ins and follow-ups with the Business, Category, Operations, and Warehouse teams to track progress on inventory clearance initiatives.
• Blockage Resolution: Serve as the primary troubleshooter when the execution team hits roadblocks. Work directly with the Tech team and other stakeholders to unblock processes quickly.
• Data Monitoring: Track daily inventory metrics and keep data highly accurate.
• Reporting: Prepare precise, current data reports and dashboards for daily follow-ups and leadership meetings.
