mthree Graduate Recruitment Program: Tech Roles
mthree helps graduates and early career professionals begin careers in technology, banking, and business. Selected candidates complete 6 to 12 weeks of training through the mthree Academy before joining one of the company’s clients for 12 to 24 months.
Participants receive continuous support, structured learning plans, and salary increases every 12 months. Many candidates continue their careers with the client after completing the program.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain scalable applications and technology solutions.
- Support stable off-the-shelf applications and custom-built systems.
- Work with global teams on systems such as algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting platforms.
- Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and software maintenance activities.
Eligibility Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
- Minimum academic aggregate of 60% with no standing arrears.
- Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, C, C++, or similar languages.
- Competitive coding exposure is an added advantage.
- Understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and test-driven development.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
