About mthree
mthree helps graduates begin careers in technology, banking, and business. Participants start with 6 to 12 weeks of training at the mthree Academy and then work with one of the company’s global clients for 12 to 24 months. Clients include investment banks and large organizations across industries such as healthcare, aviation, and insurance.
Throughout the program, participants receive ongoing support along with a structured online learning plan to continue developing their technical skills. Many alumni continue their careers with the client organization after completing the program.
mthree promotes fairness from the beginning. There are no exit fees and participants are not required to pay any program costs.
What You Will Do
Successful candidates will join one of mthree’s client teams as an Alumni. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable off‑the‑shelf applications or custom technology solutions.
You will also collaborate with global teams to support systems such as algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory reporting solutions.
What You Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related STEM discipline
- Minimum academic aggregate of 60% with no standing arrears
- Strong programming ability in languages such as Java, Python, C, or C++
- Competitive coding experience is advantageous
- Good troubleshooting and debugging capability
- Understanding of core software engineering concepts including data structures, object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of test‑driven development practices
Program Process
- Submit an application for the program
- Complete an aptitude and coding assessment
- Pass a communication screening
- Attend a technical interview
- Complete a final interview
- Join the mthree Academy training program
- Complete the end‑of‑training assessment or discussion
- Placement into a role aligned with your skills and performance
