Participants start with 6 to 12 weeks of training at the mthree Academy and then work with one of the company’s global clients for 12 to 24 months. Throughout the program, participants receive ongoing support along with a structured online learning plan to continue developing their technical skills. Many alumni continue their careers with the client organization after completing the program.
