Job Description

• Design and develop automation workflows and scripts that improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements
• Implement tools and technologies for process automation, including scripting languages, automation platforms and APIs
• Test and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Monitor and maintain automated systems so they meet performance and service level objectives
• Provide technical support and training to end users on automated processes and systems
