mthree Graduate Recruitment Program: Technology Roles
mthree helps graduates begin careers in technology, banking, and business. Selected candidates start with 6 to 12 weeks of structured training at the mthree Academy. After completing training, participants are placed with one of mthree’s client organizations for 12 to 24 months, working with major companies across industries such as banking, healthcare, aviation, and insurance.
During the program, participants receive ongoing support, structured learning plans, and regular salary progression. Many graduates continue their careers directly with the client after completing the program.
Role Overview
Successful candidates join one of mthree’s client teams as an alumni consultant. The role involves designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable off-the-shelf applications or custom technology solutions. You will also collaborate with global teams to support systems such as algorithmic trading platforms and regulatory reporting tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or technology solutions.
- Work with distributed global teams to support enterprise systems.
- Assist in maintaining platforms such as trading engines and regulatory reporting systems.
- Follow established software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or a related STEM discipline.
- Minimum academic aggregate of 60 percent with no standing arrears.
- Strong programming knowledge in languages such as Java, Python, C, or C++.
- Competitive coding experience is considered an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts including data structures, object oriented programming, design patterns, and multithreading.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of test driven development principles.
Selection Process
