Job Description
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands, and format material as required.
- Proof entered material and generated data reports, review discrepancies, and request clarification or alert your supervisor so customer requests are processed correctly.
- File, keep records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, e-mail, and reports as needed.
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Process work promptly, meet daily productivity objectives, and work with urgency toward quality and productivity goals.
- Handle multiple currencies and the requirements of processing international orders correctly.
- Manage your time well and plan and organize your work effectively.
- Provide chat support as required, in the local language and other required languages.
- Support local Customer Service teams and assist other teams when needed.
- Help the team with complex or uncommon requests and best practices.
- Communicate professionally, verbally and in writing, in the local language (minimum), including by telephone.
