Responsibilities and Tasks

Your main task will be operating equipment in the Assembly and Test department.

• Manning multiple machines
• Using computer based programs and applications for daily duties
• Covering machines during breaks
• Logging machine data accurately
• Watching for equipment performance discrepancies and raising them promptly with your Lead
• Working 12 hour shifts with biweekly rotation between day and night

Ensure Quality of Process and Product

• Running equipment according to current process specifications (procedures, change notifications, etc.)
• Keeping your workstation organized and following 6S
• Suggesting improvements to quality and safety

Complete Certification and Recertification

• Taking an active part in assigned on-the-job and other required training, asking questions to build knowledge and skills
• Completing certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and ability

Communication

• Receiving and understanding pass downs, and giving clear, accurate and detailed pass downs
• Seeking and giving feedback to leadership, coworkers and support groups to improve performance
• Offering suggestions for improvement when appropriate
• Always seeking clarification when in doubt
• Working with key team members to continuously improve critical metrics, using Generative AI insights where applicable

Safe and Compliant Work Environment

• Identifying and promptly reporting hazards
• Following safety protocols
• Using correct lifting techniques and working ergonomically
