The Project Management Office (PMO) team is seeking a Software Engineer to support project execution and governance activities. This role involves applying knowledge of information technology and project management to support operational processes and reporting. The position is based in Hyderabad and involves working with cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain PMO processes including portfolio, program, and project governance.
- Support implementation of IT delivery models and enterprise governance frameworks.
- Create analytics and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Configure and administer SharePoint sites, including document libraries and access permissions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across onshore and offshore locations to support project implementation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Basic understanding of PMO processes and project governance.
- Experience with query or scripting languages such as SQL, Snowflake, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
- Experience defining, tracking, and implementing process metrics.
- Understanding of Agile project management concepts and frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Exposure to AI or GenAI tools used to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
