Operations Intelligence (OI) Technician

In this role, you will support Operations Intelligence systems, including dashboards, reporting platforms, data pipelines, automation solutions and AI-enabled tools.

• Support OI initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, KPI monitoring and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing operations.
• Assist with deployment, testing, commissioning, sustainment and continuous improvement of digital and analytics solutions.
• Support OI projects through data validation, dashboard development, UAT, pilot activities and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, MES, Facilities and Automation teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, dashboard and system issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor system health, data quality and performance to keep operations reliable.
• Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, user guides and process records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, data governance and site standards.
• Find process optimization opportunities through analytics, automation, AI and smart manufacturing technologies.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, vendors, engineers and end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, MES or manufacturing data systems.
• Exposure to Industry 4.0, AI, Machine Learning, Smart Manufacturing and semiconductor manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
