Overview

The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, delivering advanced services that help customers grow. This global and agile organization focuses on scalable solutions for a diverse client base.

The team leverages data-driven technologies and innovation across consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn experimentation, and information and risk management services. Within Services, the Advisors & Consulting Services (A&CS) group delivers products and solutions directly to clients.

The A&CS Insights & Enablement group focuses on improving operational efficiency across A&CS. As part of this effort, a centralized team is being created to take on administrative activities currently handled by project managers. The Analyst will support this new team and provide centralized business support.

About the Role

• Understand the business environment and work with key stakeholders across A&CS and other Services teams to identify priorities and operational challenges.
• Gain knowledge of the project management lifecycle and identify opportunities to centralize activities that reduce administrative workload for project managers.
• Support the creation and maintenance of operational processes that improve efficiency for the A&CS organization.
• Build strong partnerships with A&CS teams, collaborating closely with project managers and maintaining high standards of internal customer support.
• Coordinate with other Insights & Enablement teams to drive system improvements and enhancements that support user experience and business continuity.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Business acumen with understanding of A&CS business drivers.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Services and Insights & Enablement teams.
• Project management and communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to conduct diagnostics and analysis to support efficiency improvements.
• Experience working in agile environments with changing priorities and short delivery cycles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or FinancialForce and Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
