About the Launchpad Fellowship
The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office internship designed for final-year students and recent graduates eager to gain real-world experience before stepping into their first full-time role. This program offers hands-on exposure to startup operations, product thinking, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Core Operations: Learn our visa systems, support real customer journeys, and manage backend operations.
- Cross-Functional Rotations: Collaborate with customer experience, product, and process improvement teams.
- Tooling & Automation: Track escalations, identify inefficiencies, and suggest automation improvements.
- Capstone Project: Solve a real business challenge and present your solution to leadership.
What You’ll Learn
- Startup Immersion: Work within a real product company solving genuine user problems.
- Product Thinking: Translate user pain points into actionable product decisions.
- Execution Rigor: Learn to prioritize, move quickly, and solve problems under pressure.
