- Reporting to: Assistant Manager or above
- Geo supported: Singapore
- Work timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to delivery requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist seniors and AMs with performance reviews of the team.
- Monitor work and manage and motivate the team so deliverables meet quality standards and agreed SLAs.
- Take an active part in the audit engagement team, performing audit procedures and tests for the allocated client.
- Contact the client and onshore team regularly to update them on audit engagement progress.
- Share knowledge, mentor and coach team members.
- Identify issues and missing information, then manage and track open issues until resolved.
- Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy within the team.
- Review the team's work and give timely feedback so members can improve their performance.
- Build relationships with onshore team members across different locations.
- Audit complex sections of financial statements as per country-specific statutory requirements.
- Show personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations.
- Adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) are expected.
