Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Learn the ServiceNow solution development process by shadowing senior developers.
- Research new solutions based on the requirements.
- Build ITSM and custom modules on the ServiceNow Platform following best development practices.
- Help other developers integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.
- Support business process owners in configuring the platform.
- Administer the system.
- Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
Job Description
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
- Knowledge of web development languages, specifically JavaScript and Ajax.
- Knowledge of AngularJS, CSS, HTML, Perl, and Python is an added advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management.
