This role supports KPMG's award-winning Student Recruitment team, mainly by administering the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering a strong candidate experience. The Coordinator will play a key part in keeping KPMG's undergraduate, graduate and apprenticeship recruitment process among the best in its industry. The position focuses on administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralised inboxes on a daily basis.
• Deliver a positive candidate journey by responding each day to telephone (webagent) and inbox enquiries within SLAs.
• Process candidate expense payments with high accuracy and timely delivery against SLA commitments.
• Provide operational support to KPMG Launch Pad, including candidate eligibility checks, event attendance management, and score entry and checking.
• Handle frequent administrative tasks for the team, such as booking event space, processing data, updating presentations, confirming volunteers and sending calendar invitations.
• Support administration ahead of work experience programmes, including candidate eligibility screening and processing.
• Support officers with external partnership relationships in an administrative capacity.
• Raise cost requisitions on Coupa.
• Take on ad hoc projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, external partnerships and campus sponsorships.
