Reporting to: Assistant Manager or above
Geo supported: Singapore
Work timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (subject to delivery requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Support seniors and Assistant Managers in reviewing the team's performance.
- Monitor work and manage and motivate the team so deliverables meet quality standards and agreed SLAs.
- Take an active part in the audit engagement team, performing audit procedures and tests for the allocated client.
- Contact the client and the onshore team regularly to update them on audit engagement progress.
- Share knowledge, mentor and coach team members.
- Identify issues and missing information, then manage and track open issues until they are resolved.
- Maintain data confidentiality and make sure team members follow the risk management policy.
- Review the team's work and give timely feedback so members can improve their performance.
- Build relationships with onshore team members across different locations.
- Audit complex sections of financial statements as per country-specific statutory requirements.
- Show personal drive and a positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding situations.
- Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Use MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) proficiently.
- Adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments.

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (ICAI or ACCA) preferred
- 0-8 months of relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
- FS Wealth asset management experience is preferred
