Role Overview
KPMG India is looking to hire a ServiceNow Analyst to join its IT Services team in Noida. As an Analyst, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules that are critical to the firm's internal operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support digital transformation through ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, including incident, problem, change, and request management modules
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Implement ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript and integration features such as REST APIs
- Conduct unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing
- Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in ServiceNow in a timely manner
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules
- Basic knowledge of scripting with JavaScript
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML
- Understanding of RESTful web services and APIs
- Awareness of ITIL processes and Agile methodology is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
