Job Overview

KPMG Learning Services (KLS) is seeking a dedicated Analyst to coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery of scheduled training events for high-profile clients in both public and private sectors. This role involves overseeing the learner's journey from registration to completion, ensuring smooth administrative processes and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of scheduled training programs.
• Oversee the learner pathway from registration to cohort completion.
• Handle queries and complaints from participants, suppliers, and clients via phone, email, or in-person, adhering to service level agreements and quality standards.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Perform operational administrative duties including booking events, processing deferrals and concessions, updating databases, and managing student records.
• Coordinate with students, tuition providers, professional bodies, and internal teams for study materials and exam schedules.
• Source and confirm suppliers, facilitators, and venues.
• Communicate with learners, suppliers, and venues throughout the process.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, billing, and invoicing.
• Upload learners to online platforms and manage access permissions.
• Send communications regarding program kick-offs, exam schedules, results, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BA, B.Com, B.Ed, BE, B.Tech, BCA).
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
• Preferred exposure to international work environments.
