Job Overview

KPMG is looking for an Analyst for a 6-month contractual role to support the management and maintenance of KPMG US external websites. The role centres on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content authoring, webpage creation, site administration, and quality assurance, working closely with onshore stakeholders.

The Analyst will keep website content accurate and up to date, build and maintain webpages in AEM, and embed interactive content using tools such as Infogram. They will also run quality checks across content, images, and rich media, and coordinate approvals from staging through go-live. The role further supports website compliance, defect identification, SOP and user guide documentation, and overall site quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onshore management on AEM websites.
• Manage content on AEM websites, keeping them maintained and up to date, including general site administration.
• Build and maintain webpages on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
• Create and embed interactive charts using third party tools such as Infogram.
• Use web content management tools to update and manage key client facing external pages of KPMG US.
• Control the quality of web images, content, and rich media on the kpmg.com/us/en website.
• Obtain the appropriate approvals from staging to the "go live" state.
• Produce standard operating procedure documents and user guides.
• Work with the relevant teams to understand and adhere to compliance requirements, and scan for site defects and design inconsistencies.
