KPMG Gurgaon Hiring Analyst (UK Intranet) | Freshers Eligible

This role sits within KPMG's Capability Hubs (CH) and supports UK knowledge management services. The focus is on managing and improving the UK Intranet platform (SharePoint Online), with support for content management, intranet operations and stakeholder collaboration so that information reaches the organization accurately and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain UK Intranet sites on SharePoint Online.
• Make sure BAU tasks are finished on time, with good quality and clear stakeholder communication.
• Build and configure SharePoint pages and sites using OOTB features.
• Oversee content management, including keeping content current and relevant and working with content owners on lifecycle decisions.
• Carry out intranet housekeeping, including managing permissions and maintaining platform standards.
• Support intranet initiatives led by senior team members.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on workflow and issue resolution.
• Take part in UATs, pilot runs and testing activities.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and support tasks.
• Run content lifecycle activities such as audits, metadata tagging and uploads or deletions.
• Prepare metrics and reporting.
