Job Opportunity: Jr. Trainee Technician at Mphasis

Location: Pune (Hybrid work model – up to 50% remote)

Role Overview

The Premium Processing Junior Technician will support the day-to-day operations of the PP team, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role involves working closely with senior technicians, engaging in continuous learning, and adhering to compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly complete assigned premium processing tasks.
• Seek guidance from senior technicians when required.
• Participate actively in feedback sessions and personal development programs.
• Contribute to achieving agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Follow all company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Complete assigned training and assessments from the Compliance and Training Departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Basic awareness of insurance and its business role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness and aptitude to learn.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in financial services, preferably insurance.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, evolving environments.
• Ability to manage diverse subject matters and business operations.
