Job Description
Job Summary: L1 level Transaction Processing Executive/Officer to process Capital Market and Brokerage process documents for a Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).
Years of experience needed: Freshers
Technical / Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent MS Office skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel Macros, and Email Drafting
- Good typing speed of 28 WPM with at least 95% accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to attend client calls, onshore training, etc.
Process Skills
- Good and sound knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Market concepts, primarily
- Good understanding of financial concepts, investments, calculations, and accounting methods
- Sound analytical and quick learning ability, with a zeal to learn new things
- 100% accurate work required, as errors will have financial impacts for the client and their customers
- Strictly US shift working hours (India late evening or night shifts), flexible to do overtime if required
- Working from office
Behavioral Skills
- Punctual and adhere to attendance and leave policies
- Report to Team Lead and follow instructions and HR policies as per company
Certifications Needed
- Education: 12+3 degree mandatory; B.Com, BBA, and BBM graduates preferred. Candidates with good work experience but other specializations may be considered to some extent only.
- Additional certification in financial aspects is an added advantage
- No tech graduates: BE, B.Tech, M.Tech
