Job Opportunity: Junior Trainee at Mphasis
Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Hybrid work up to 50% available)

Role Overview
As a Junior Trainee in the Premium Processing (PP) team, you will support daily operations to ensure a high-quality service is delivered within agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role requires accuracy, timeliness, and a commitment to learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly complete allocated premium processing tasks.
- Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when challenges arise.
- Participate in feedback sessions and continuous personal development.
- Support service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
- Adhere to company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete assigned training and assessment exercises.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Basic understanding of insurance and its role in business.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
