Role Overview

As a Junior Trainee in the Premium Processing (PP) team, you will support daily operations to ensure a high-quality service is delivered within agreed SLAs and KPIs. This role requires accuracy, timeliness, and a commitment to learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and promptly complete allocated premium processing tasks.
• Seek guidance from Senior Technicians when challenges arise.
• Participate in feedback sessions and continuous personal development.
• Support service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Adhere to company compliance, policy, risk management, and audit requirements.
• Successfully complete assigned training and assessment exercises.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Basic understanding of insurance and its role in business.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness and aptitude to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
