Job Description
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be an integral part of the Engineering & Technology division, working on cutting-edge network technologies to support and enhance global roaming and connectivity solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to design, plan, and validate network infrastructure while ensuring high performance and seamless global communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan end-to-end international networks
- Collaborate with device and product teams to define requirements for 4G, 3G, and 2G roaming capabilities
- Validate technical designs and requirements for global roaming including:
- Authentication
- Authorization
- Accounting
- Billing
- Provisioning
- Performance management
- Assist in creating technical proposals for network deployments, upgrades, and investments
- Execute performance and capability validation for service providers
- Analyze and troubleshoot network routes and performance issues
- Identify root causes and propose actionable improvements
Required Skills and Competencies
- Understanding of 2G, 3G, and 4G networks
- Familiarity with network deployment procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Business understanding and strategic mindset
