About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and apply IT project management methodologies.
• Learn and understand Fortrea's IT PMO processes and procedures.
• Monitor project activities against established processes and assist project managers in managing their projects.
• Track project statuses in line with plans, risks, and reporting requirements.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Administer updates to PMO processes, communicate changes, and provide guidance as needed.
• Undertake additional tasks as identified by the team.

Required Skills

• Strong communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently.
• Understanding of IT PMO methodologies, processes, and technical documentation.
• Logical thinking and grasp of IT project methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Optional: Knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Optional: Familiarity with Agile processes.

Experience & Education

• 0–1 years of relevant experience.
• Recent graduate in an IT-related degree such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
