Analyst (Early Talent, On Campus)

At IQVIA, the Analyst role supports the goal of speeding up patient access to treatments through data analysis. Each Analyst contributes by supporting patient interactions, providing internal support, and driving innovation. IQVIA draws on 60 years of experience across 100 countries, more than 60 petabytes of data, over 1.2 billion non-identified patient records, 150,000+ data suppliers and 1M+ data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial analytics projects, including marketing mix, forecasting, segmentation and decision tree, customer, and brand performance analytics, using Python, R and SAS.
• Work on projects such as promotional return (ROI analysis), resource and price optimization, and physician or patient profiling.
• Build a solid understanding of consumer offerings, proprietary databases, and analytical approaches to support client-facing stakeholders, mainly in Europe and the US.
• Handle small and large datasets efficiently and select the right tools for processing (such as Excel, SAS and Python). Act as a champion for analytics technologies within the team.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders from a business perspective.
• Work in a team and coordinate with colleagues on quality control so projects are delivered on tight turnaround times.
• Perform advanced analytics such as hierarchical and Bayesian hierarchical models, linear and non-linear optimization techniques, RNN, and CNN.
