Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to shape ideas across technology, algorithms, and products.
- Work on challenging technical problems and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Create reusable code, components, and libraries to enhance engineering efficiency.
- Develop full-stack features and build minimum viable products when required.
- Stay updated on new tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to Sprinklr's ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals with proficiency in Java and Python.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Comfortable working across the full stack in dynamic environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
