Sprinklr is Hiring Software Development Engineer, QA | Fresher | 7 LPA

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer in QA to join our team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining automated and manual test cases to ensure the highest quality of Sprinklr’s applications. You will collaborate with product and development teams to identify, document, and track defects while continuously improving QA processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.
• Perform API testing and database validation.
• Continuously improve QA methodologies and processes.
• Support development teams in troubleshooting, performance, and optimization.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Technical Skills Required:
Selenium, Java, Python, TestNG, JUnit, Jenkins, Maven, Git, RestAssured, API Testing, SQL, Agile, Jira
