Overview
Join us as an Intern Trainee and take part in a structured programme designed to help you build practical skills and relevant experience. You will work in a collaborative environment while participating in networking sessions, sustainability challenges, and spotlight events.
What you'll do
As part of the programme, you will complete learning and development activities related to your assigned area. You will also maintain weekly learning logs, work on projects, and deliver presentations when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing all assigned learning modules
- Meeting placement objectives agreed with your placement line manager
- Managing daily activities within the defined risk framework and following risk practices and behaviours
The skills you'll need
You should be educated to degree level in any discipline and demonstrate strong numerical and logical abilities. A customer-focused approach along with effective communication skills is also important.
Additionally, you should have:
- Problem-solving ability and willingness to adapt quickly
- An innovative and creative mindset
- The capability to build positive working relationships
