About the Role
As a Data Scientist at NatWest Group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced data science tools and methodologies to leverage data for impactful customer solutions. You will actively contribute to the data community, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business challenges and identify opportunities that can be addressed through analytics.
- Apply statistical, mathematical, machine learning, and software engineering techniques to develop ethically sound models from conception to deployment.
- Create, scale, and deploy software-driven products and services with a product development mindset.
- Work within Agile, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes and support strategic objectives.
- Select, build, train, and test machine learning models, ensuring compliance with governance, risk, and ethical standards.
- Prototype and iteratively refine data analysis pipelines to generate actionable insights for production implementation.
