Role

This is a hybrid role in Mohali, India, reporting to the Manager, Business Applications Support in the IT / Digital Employee Experience department. It suits an entry-level professional who wants to remove repetitive manual work by building AI agents and automating enterprise workflows. You will provide first-line platform support for Cornerstone OnDemand and Letter AI while using intelligent tools to improve the digital employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support and functional troubleshooting for Cornerstone OnDemand and Letter AI, resolving user issues within defined SLAs
• Build and deploy AI agents and low-code automations with Copilot Studio and Power Automate to streamline recurring support tasks and ticket workflows
• Write, test, and maintain generative AI prompts and prompt libraries for knowledge base content, ticket responses, and SOP generation
• Carry out basic CSOD platform configuration, release impact testing, and escalations with complete diagnostic details
• Document support workflows and track operational metrics to find repetitive tasks for the team's automation backlog
