Software Engineer
This role is based in India and all standard working days must be carried out within the country.

About the Role
As a Software Engineer, you will work within a feature team to build and maintain high performance, secure, and customer focused software solutions. This associate level role offers the chance to strengthen technical expertise while collaborating with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex and business critical software quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Work within permanent teams responsible for the entire software lifecycle, from initial development to enhancement, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the organisation’s overall software engineering capability.
- Design, build, test, and implement reliable software solutions.
- Contribute across the full lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Create and maintain software, scripts, and tools that support engineering and automation needs.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Candidates should have a background in software engineering, design, and architecture, along with an understanding of how technology solutions support customer needs.
- Experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform including PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with application development lifecycle tools used for testing, debugging, and issue tracking.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration environments.
- Exposure to multiple programming languages or low code platforms to improve automation and efficiency.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices related to scalability, automation, virtualisation, optimisation, availability, and performance.
