Join NatWest Group as a Software Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team in Bangalore on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative, customer-focused, high-performance, and secure solutions while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement robust software solutions.
- Collaborate within a feature team to deliver high-quality code.
- Integrate APIs for seamless system interoperability.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML.
Required Skills & Experience
- 0 to 1 year of experience in Java, Oracle, or React.
- Familiarity with development tools, bug tracking systems, and wikis.
- Understanding of DevOps, testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software design and architecture principles.
