Infrastructure Analyst
Join the team as an Infrastructure Analyst and support the operational health of the platform across service reliability, risk management, cost efficiency, and people processes. The role focuses on maintaining operational stability and monitoring technology performance, including the upkeep of system utilities and tools provided by the platform.
This position offers exposure to a continuously evolving environment where you will work closely with feature teams while developing new technical and operational skills. The role is offered at the associate level.
What you'll do
As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will support the team in maintaining platform integrity aligned with technical roadmaps while assisting with change requests from domains or centers of excellence. The role also involves contributing to a dependable production management service for the relevant infrastructure platforms.
You will also help drive customer outcomes and innovation by supporting testing initiatives for new products and services, identifying early whether solutions are viable and capable of delivering the intended results.
- Contribute to a strong platform risk culture, ensuring risks are clearly understood and addressed through collaboration
- Assist with planning and execution of platform work while supporting feature development requests from cross platform initiatives and regulatory reporting
- Identify opportunities to simplify infrastructure, architecture, and services while avoiding unnecessary complexity
- Develop relationships with platform teams, domain teams, and cross-domain stakeholders
- Ensure controls are applied and regularly reviewed, particularly in line with SOX compliance and internal regulatory obligations
The skills you'll need
The role requires the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to colleagues and stakeholders, including management level. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments with continuous integration and continuous delivery practices is important.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, SQL Server, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Familiarity with application development lifecycle tools, including testing, debugging, and bug tracking platforms
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration environments
- Exposure to multiple programming languages or low-code platforms used for automation and operational efficiency
- Understanding of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and testing practices that support continuous delivery
