Job Description

Infineon is seeking a Young Graduate Trainee to ensure the perfection of circuit designs. This role involves driving silicon validation and characterization by developing automated test solutions, performing FPGA and post-silicon validation, collaborating on debugging efforts, and streamlining bench testing using Python and LabVIEW. The successful candidate will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in this new role include:

• Interfacing with silicon validation and characterization teams to understand requirements.
• Developing and building test lists and automation suites, including software and firmware, for silicon revisions.
• Performing validation on FPGA (pre-silicon) and Silicon (post-silicon), and collaborating with cross-functional teams for debugging.
• Automating bench test equipment using Python/LabVIEW to support silicon validation and characterization testing.
• Managing schedules and liaising with cross-functional teams when acting as a program manager.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field of study.
• 0-3 years of experience and an understanding of Microcontroller and SoC products.
• Experience in bench characterization with Analog, Digital, and Mixed-signal IPs.
• Hands-on experience using equipment such as SMUs, DMM, Oscilloscopes, and Signal generators.
• Good understanding of C, Python, and LabVIEW. LabVIEW knowledge is a significant advantage.
• Good knowledge of electronic circuits, regulators, and reference measurements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
