Overview
ATE Test Engineers support the definition of test concepts and specifications for Integrated GaN solutions or Discrete GaN solutions.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Assist in defining test concepts and test specifications for Integrated GaN or Discrete GaN solutions in collaboration with concept engineering and design teams.
- Support the development of innovative test methods including DfT and improve test software for ATE (Automated Test Equipment).
- Contribute to the design of product specific test hardware for wafer level and final testing.
- Help analyze, debug, and characterize new products on the test system.
- Identify and introduce improvements to test packages to reduce test time and optimize costs.
- Transfer test packages to production sites across Europe and Asia, including occasional intercontinental travel (up to 10%).
- Provide assistance during production ramp-up phases.
- Work closely with concept, design, verification, characterization, production, and technology engineering teams.
Your Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills. Willingness to learn German is considered an advantage.
- Result driven technical approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
