Infineon is looking for motivated and analytical professionals to join the Supply Chain Planning team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving global environment focused on data-driven planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will help align customer requirements with operational capabilities to support effective planning and execution across the supply chain.

Your Role

  • Understand customer product requirements and align supply chain plans with business and customer expectations.
  • Analyze supply chain data, operational trends, and business challenges to identify root causes and suggest solutions.
  • Support demand, supply, inventory, and production planning through analytical insights.
  • Work with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency.
  • Support implementation of supply chain tools, systems, and scalable processes.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic global environment with shared responsibilities across regions.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support planning and decision-making.

Your Profile

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or a related science field.
  • 0 to 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Analytics, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and cultures.
  • Comfortable adapting to changing business priorities and ambiguous situations.

Preferred

  • Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning tools like JDA, Blue Yonder, or i2 Technologies.
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL or database querying concepts.
  • Academic or project exposure to statistics, forecasting, optimization, operations research, or supply chain analytics.
  • Internship experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, manufacturing, or operations.
