We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team in Pune, India. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in both technical and project-based work. You will assist in product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Approximately 25–50% of the role involves technical work, including SQL queries, data validation, and testing.
This is a full-time role based in India, with working hours between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM IST, depending on project needs. Standard working hours are 9 hours per day, with flexibility required to align with North American teams for real-time collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
