Position Overview
We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team in Pune, India. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in both technical and project-based work. You will assist in product setup, configuration, testing, and defect triage, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Approximately 25–50% of the role involves technical work, including SQL queries, data validation, and testing.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role based in India, with working hours between 9:30 AM and 11:30 PM IST, depending on project needs. Standard working hours are 9 hours per day, with flexibility required to align with North American teams for real-time collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with SaaS product setup, configuration, and testing
- Write and execute simple SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Log, track, and triage software defects with project and technical teams
- Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain project documentation and update task tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
- Communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholders
Required Skills
- 0–1 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and SaaS concepts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tools and processes
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
